I know the Grover tuners are a die cast housing but by the looks of it, the circular convex cover on the back of the tuner is where I need to get to. Even though I had the regular Grover tuners on my Schecter C1+, I was having string slippage issues, especially on the G-string. By putting these locking tuners on the guitar, it eliminated the excess string winding and solved the problem. I also like the 18:1 ratio, and because they are Grover tuners, they're built like a tank! Highly recommended.
